    I don't usually do this, but I just had to tell you "You Go JaY!" Losing weight has been a major issue with me my entire life and I know what a struggle it can be. I've been a fan of Gilad's since the 80's and find his workouts user friendly, if you know what I mean. No fancy footwork to have to figure out. As far as recipes are concerned, I reccomend checking out some South Beach Diet recipes. I LOVE the turkey burgers and there's a recipe for a stir fry that's not bad at all. Just recently I've been putting on weight and "just can't figure out how it's happening!" Duh! I think I'm going to have to keep a food diary. Anyway, my point I was making is that you have inspired me! Thank you and keep up the hard work!
