    They don't care if you bad mouth them as long as you pay their ridiculous fees. I went through exactly the same hassles. As do, I'm guessing, millions more customers. A company like this shouldn't be in business. I hope people are taking the time to report them to the Better Business Bureau. (Not that that probably does much good.) I think blog posts like this are important to warn other potential customers. Mine did absolutely no good in keeping my money, but I kept family and friends from trying the service.
